myr33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the legally binding terms governing your use of the myr33 platform between you and the platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the myr33 platform — including the website, mobile app and all services provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and myr33 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The myr33 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the myr33 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official Malaysian identification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account access restrictions until verification is complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. myr33 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and changing it regularly.
You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. myr33 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of your login credentials by a third party as a result of your own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the myr33 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules. The platform is intended for lawful entertainment and betting purposes only. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use automated software (bots) to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Prohibited Activities
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to bypass security checks.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
- Distributing seditious, obscene, or unlawful content through the platform's communication channels.
- Overloading the platform's servers with automated repeated requests that disrupt normal operations.
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or accepting payment to do so.
Myr33 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the myr33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, online banking transfers (FPX), and other methods listed in your account's payment section.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the platform. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method — users are advised to check the payments section in their account for the latest information.
Myr33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect user accounts from unauthorised withdrawals. Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to users prior to confirming the transaction.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
All bonuses and promotions offered by myr33 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game types, and maximum withdrawal limits.
Users found exploiting bonuses through dishonest means — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings. The platform reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Myr33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from betting. The platform's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform is also not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Myr33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide requested verification documents, or activity that compromises the security of the platform. In cases of legitimate suspension, account balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is concluded, unless the balance is linked to prohibited activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the myr33 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software and all visual elements — is the exclusive property of myr33 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any of these elements without written authorisation from the platform.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The myr33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. myr33 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such services. Users are advised to independently review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites.
Myr33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to amicable negotiation before being escalated to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.
